  Asked for no tomatoes like 6 times.. he put tomatoes on it.. im ALLERGIC to tomatoes so got all the way home and couldn't eat it. My husband asked for pasta salad and there was potato salad in the bag. Not cool man.

  The service at this Dunkin was not so great. We went to order and the manager taking our order was very rude when we were ordering our drinks. He cut us off and swore at us and it was very unprofessional. He rushed our order and messed up our order. The drinks were fine but overall the service was not good.

  I am a big fan of jimmy john's from other locations, but this one is a combo with a dunkin and something has been lost. Wait times were long for all of us there, which invalidates jimmy john's's big unique selling point (being fast). And the bread was not nearly as good as other locations (much harder, guessing older). Bummer!

  Just want to say u have an employee named chrissy works in 1020 commonwealth ave the sanwiches went she makes them are amazing very tasty and fast she deserves a reward and i will keep going there
