Mình là khách hàng khá thường xuyên đã ăn hết tất cả các món trong menu nhưng vì hay ghé nên mình cũng ít chụp ảnh nên ảnh phở trong một lần take out để minh hoạ nhé. Mình đánh giá rất cao Gạo vì đồ ăn rất chỉn chu. Mỗi lần đến mình lại thấy có sự cải tiến về từng món ăn, thức uống và menu. Mình rất yêu quý Gạo vì sự nhiệt tình và cầu toàn của Gạo. Có lần mình order bún mắm và bị lỗi order thành nước dùng của món khác, Gạo đã ship ngay phần nước dùng đúng đến cho mình. Lần này mình gọi phở gà, có note gỡ xương gà và Gạo đã gỡ xương giúp mình. Với thái độ phục vụ như vậy mình mong có nhiều người biết đến Gạo và ủng hộ Gạo hơn nữa. Vì rất yêu quý Gạo, mình có vài góp ý chân thành để Gạo phát triển hơn. Về phần phở, mình nghĩ Gạo nên cho option sợi to hơn để khách có nhiều lựa chọn hơn. Sợi phở bây giờ mình thấy hơi nhỏ so với sợi phở mình hay ăn ở Việt Nam. Phở gà nên làm da giòn hơn và cho xíu lá chanh vào. Gạo nên đổi bột bánh cuốn cho mềm, mướt và dai hơn. Hi vọng Gạo sẽ ngày một thành công hơn nữa!

The spring rolls were a good size and not overstuffed, and the accompanying sauce had a hoisin sauce taste to it. I really liked the noodles in the pho; they were cooked perfectly and were not too thin (Italian pasta analogy would be spaghetti vs angel hair). The broth was flavorful with lemongrass, and I enjoyed the meats and meatballs. I took the leftover broth home to enjoy it as a snack! Service was good, and the restaurant was well set up and pleasant. I would definitely come here again.
