Ordered Medium steak - almost returned it, as first bite resembled Well done. Water left empty for most of meal. Seemed that Randy only cared for bigger tip, not customer's interest - when he asked how my first bite of steak was, I said horrible - no satisfactory attempt at resolution. Way over priced for quality of service. To be fair, steak was 6 or 7 out of 10. Experience 4/10
