The way he was acting,from his disrespectful attitude, careless appearance, and aggressive tone, to the fact that he was using inappropriate language in front of customers… was a complete disgrace and totally unacceptable for someone working in customer service. On top of that, he was handling and cooking food without gloves, which is absolutely unacceptable in any food establishment. When I came to pick up my order, I was told that someone else had already taken it, and instead of taking responsibility or offering to remake my order, the employee became defensive, dismissive, and confrontational. His rude behavior, poor hygiene, and lack of professionalism were shocking. I expected much better from Five Guys… this kind of attitude and disregard for customers should be addressed immediately.
