Today I ordered delivery including a Kreme Delight donut (normally I'd go in person but I just didn't have time today), and they gave me a glazed donut instead. I suppose that could have been the result of what they had in stock, but I'm inclined to think they screwed up, because there have always been plenty of Kreme Delight donuts when I've visited stores in-person recently, and the staff don't seem super familiar with the names of products anyway. Last time I ordered from this location, it was a pick up order for mixed glazed and pumpkin munchkins. They tried to give me mixed glazed and chocolate and I had to ask them to fix it.

Today I ordered two meals deals and there were only 2 hashbrowns in one of the packets??? I’ve worked at a location before so I I know how nearly impossible it is to mess up an order unless you 1. Don’t look over the order or 2. Absolutely don’t care. I couldn’t even say anything bc my boyfriend picked it up and we drove off. Also, Ive seen reviews say they received rotten milk what is wrong with these workers??
