- R_Rebeca Rivera __Sep 9, 20251.0I came into the store and I just stand there waiting for my online order that I ordered 5 minutes before get there waiting to see somebody but the only person I saw there was her OUT OF THE STORE talking to a guy (OUTSIDE) and then she went in and stared a video call with somebody at the phone and I have to ask her to do my online order cuz I’d been waiting almost 10 minutes since I ordered so she’s did fast and reluctantly and I have to show her the ticket because she didn’t look at the ticket I ordered 2 things!

Often, they return to find their car towed Frank’s (aka Robert’s Towing) or have to pay a “drop fee”. This is super predatory. Dunkin’ should post clearly signs in the store warning customers about this costly risk. Until then it’s 1 star.
