- AJA JAug 22, 20251.0Stale bagels, only took two bites and threw out the rest. Employees have no concept of customer service, rude and not friendly. No place to sit, not even a bar stool at the window counters. Loud music in the lobby, all adds up to unwelcoming attitude.

Second time I asked for them to make it with whole milk and still tasted water down . It’s disgusting I think the lady made it with water again and added a pump of milk she didn’t understand the concept . Ughhh waste of money

So i came to ask and they totally gave me something else. Mocha without Chocolate syrup. I don't think they remember the menu at all. The 2nd time which is today. I ordered Cappuccino and they gave me ice coffee with milk so i told them this is not Cappuccino and they said yes! Then i asked so where is milk foam then? And a Cashier black lady is so rude! She said she doesn't understand because this is the right one. As you see there aren't to Milkfoam on it? How it can be Cappuccino? Then she gave me her phone with a google translate from Spanish to English and i told her i'm not Latina then she said "So explain in English for me" and i feel so offended and i just told her whatever they want to make and i still got the same thing. I know your branch doesn't have enough people but please training them to do the right coffee and remember the menu. Not just give whatever they have in mind
