  The guy at the register had an AirPod in and was always on his phone. He forgot about my donut until | reminded him and when he gave me it, I had my hand out to get the bag and he dropped the bag onto the counter, centimeters away from my hand. The other worker with the bonnet and face mask was nice but it seemed like they were doing everything. They were moving at lightning speed while again the guy was just on his phone. The everything bagels were also terrible, they had maybe 3% of seasoning on them. The guy making them really needs to get better at it. The croissant on my sandwich was also burnt. This location also puts the cream cheese on the side. Won't come back

  I’ve been a customer at this Dunkin’ for over 10 years, coming here every week, and I’ve always been treated very well. The staff has always been polite, respectful, and they have consistently prepared my drink correctly. However, today I had a very disappointing experience with a new employee. When I ordered the Strawberry Energy Punch, which is made with Rockstar Energy and a specific strawberry concentrate, she didn’t seem to know what drink it was. She asked me two or three times before finally understanding which beverage I was requesting. At Dunkin’, there are two types of strawberry concentrate: a thinner one used for other products, and a thicker one that is the correct one for this drink. I politely informed her that she had used the wrong concentrate, since I’ve been ordering this drink for years and I know how it’s prepared. Instead of simply fixing the mistake, she held up the bottle and asked me if I “didn’t know how to read that it was strawberry,” which was extremely unprofessional. In the end, she even said, “Next time you can come in here and make your own drink.” I understand that mistakes happen, especially with new employees, but professionalism and respect are essential — especially when working directly with customers. This kind of behavior does not reflect the excellent service I’ve always received at this location. I truly hope management addresses this situation, as she is clearly not prepared to work with the public.

  This is the second time I drinked iced coffee or cold brew coffee getting sick vomiting within 2 hrs after drinking their coffee at this location. I had drink ice coffee or cold brew cold in other locations without any issues.

  This is the best Dunkin’ in Boston! If you come early morning, the staff are always willing to chat and have a smile on their faces. They’ve always made my coffee great! I recommend ordering on the app to skip the line.
