I was there today 1/14/2026 around 8:20am and the attitude this girl gave me made my day start the wrong way. She asked me to repeat my order 3 times and they didn’t even got it right. Small hot latte 3 caramel pumps 2 sugars Regular milk When I pulled at the window she was saying that I kept talking on top of her… not true so I said it, that’s a lie and when she was going to say something else her coworker interfered. My daily Dunkin got ruined for me I don’t want to show up to a place where I don’t know how I’m going to get treated like… all over a coffee… Very disturbing, stressful and disappointing.

If I wanted iced milk, I would just go to the convenience store across from them. People should consider the self serve cooler, instead. Thankfully I don't live in the area so I just won't ever be back... But figured I should leave a review for anyone to see. What a complete bummer and waste of money.
