After I pointed it out, the staff helped me get them. However, I didn’t open the bag to check the rest of the order, and when I got home, I realized the donuts were missing. The donuts were the main reason I came, so this was extremely frustrating. I tried calling the number listed on Google Maps, but all I heard was static and noise—no one picked up. This was my first visit to Dunkin’, and sadly, it will also be my last. There’s not even an option to request a refund. Very disappointing experience.
