This is my second bad review for this location, and I’m leaving it because people deserve to know what they may be walking into. It’s 2026. Customers have every right to leave reviews, and in my opinion it’s even more important to document the bad experiences so other people don’t have to deal with the same thing. I’m not the type to only complain either. I leave good reviews all the time when businesses do the right thing. If you look at my profile, you’ll see I give credit when it’s earned—especially when someone goes above and beyond. I’ve even recognized employees by name and spoken to managers to make sure they get acknowledged. But it works both ways. On 01/28/26 around 6:40 AM, there was a dog inside the store that was not under the handler’s control. The dog wasn’t kept close to the owner, the leash was allowed to extend into the customer area, and the dog had to be repeatedly told to sit/stay. It only complied after being forced to sit. Staff did nothing to address it, which is a problem in a food establishment and a problem for customers with allergies or safety concerns. I’m a disabled veteran and I’m also allergic to dogs. I respect legitimate service animals and understand that trained service animals have access rights—but they are also held to a standard of behavior and control in public spaces. This situation wasn’t that, and the bigger issue is that staff acted like policy and procedure don’t matter. Bottom line: I don’t enjoy leaving reviews like this, but poor customer service and ignoring obvious issues isn’t going to be tolerated—especially when accountability is literally at everyone’s fingertips now. This store needs stronger management, better training, and staff who actually follow basic standards. Arrived at 5:00 AM on the dot and was the first customer. I was told the system was down and asked to “wait a minute” while staff counted money and got the register ready. If a store opens at 5:00 AM, the register and system should already be ready before customers arrive. Customers shouldn’t be penalized for being on time—especially when many of us are heading to work and running on tight schedules. Because of this delay, I was made late for what I needed to do. Being open means being prepared. Disappointing start to the day.

Let’s just say I’m not a matcha girl and a Starbucks person. I went here last night and asked a young lady suggestions. And she was so sweet patient and made me the best matcha well it’s my first but for now the best ever. Thank you Janet such a sweet young lady.
