There was nobody in line when we ordered, yet it took over 15 minutes for our food to be ready. The employee behind the counter looked like she couldn’t care less—gave us a stank look and barely acknowledged we were even standing there. When we finally asked about our order, she shrugged and said, “Sorry, we don’t call orders out here.” Meanwhile, the bag had just been sitting in the back the whole time—cold, squished, and not even what I ordered. To top it off, they didn’t mark the order as completed on the app either. Everything about this place was lazy and careless. Thanks to this location, we were late getting back to the hospital. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.
