- DDDianaNov 27, 20251.0Person at cashier was extremely rude. My daughter ordered a drink and when she asked for add-ons the woman just screamed: it comes with whatever it comes. Even if she could not make changes (which has never been the case in any DD), she should have just said: I am sorry bit we cannot make any changes to this drink. And she and the other worker were arguing all the time and delaying service. Just awful experience.

There should always be at least one person taking orders yet almost every day, the line is backed up and service is extremely slow. The customer service is poor, and it’s clear something isn’t being managed properly. Waiting nearly 30 minutes just for a coffee is completely unacceptable.
