  This was my first order and I was craving a really good burger. My boyfriend recommended this place and said it’s so good. It snowed so we didn’t want to go out we ordered delivery directly from the site. An uber driver accepted and picked up our order (2 Merica burgers) 2 minutes before delivery he cancelled the order. A follow up text said contact the restaurant. I was so mad but I know it’s not the restaurants fault I spoke to Frankie the manager he went above and beyond to ensure I got my food. Unfortunately there were no more drivers in the area. I really wanted my food so I had to drive to get it but Frankie went above and beyond to make sure my first experience was great. My burger was amazing and so were the truffle fries and mango lemonade! Thank you very much next time we will dine in!

  Burger is good but wings was so freaking small it looks like a joke. The servers were looked like theyd rather be anywhere else. When i asked our server what’s the diff this and that, she was literally like “you can read it off the menu”. Like oh wow didnt know i can do that. Did not tip for the bad service and she was literally watching and had the audacity to ask why i didn’t tip. Told her the reason and she had a looot of explanation for what she did. Basically, okay food but ew customer service. Oh they wouldnt even move you to a table if you didnt like yours. Cool.

  Burger ('Merica Style) was big, hot, and tasty. However, I'm not sure if an extra meat patty (for a double) should cost $5. I get that they're on Newbury St, but $5 is too steep. Our server was great and answered all our questions, although she didn't check up as much toward the end of our visit. Also, this place brings you the card terminal and pre-select 20% as the tip. 😒😒 I ended up giving it because I felt rushed, but wouldn't do it if I came again.

  Me and a buddy were in town for the weekend and decided to check this place out and couldn't have had a better experience! The food was delicious. Without a shadow of a doubt that was the best burger I've ever had (and I've had my fair share of burgers in my 21 years of living). Debora was our bartender and waitress and was genuinely such a great help. Not only was she an amazing and hospitable server but she was also kind enough to give us recommendations on drinks as well as travel ideas for our stay. Typically, when we travel,we just figure out where to eat as we go, but we came back a second time simply due to the service alone! Ps. Thank you to the staff for the great food and great hospitality. You definitely helped these Hoosier boys out on their journey.

  The food is spectacular. The service is terrible. We work locally and like to get takeout in the summer. In the winter we try to eat inside. They won't let us eat out takeout inside even if we offer to tip the wait staff. I would understand if it was busy, but there is only 1 other occupied table. They told us if we came in it would be fast. We would have food within 5 to 10 minutes. We waited 10 minutes for them to take our order. We had to get the water for ourselves.
