  If I could give 0 rating I will. I visited this restaurant mainly for their loaded fries and sandwich. I had been here before, and last time the food was really good, which is why I came back. Unfortunately, this time the food was not up to the mark at all. The taste was completely different and disappointing. What bothered me more than the food was the way I was treated. I honestly felt like I was treated badly compared to other customers, and I can’t help but feel it was because I am Indian. The staff were polite and friendly with others, but not with me. I ordered normally and was ready to pay, so I don’t understand the reason for this behavior. While serving, the lady literally threw the food on the table, food fell out the plate and didn’t even apologize. It felt very disrespectful. At the end, when I was paying by card, the same staff member started asking at me about tips. After being treated so poorly, I really didn’t understand why I was being repeatedly asked for tipping. I don’t know if this was intentional or not, but the experience made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Food quality has gone down, and customer service was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this place, especially if you are an Indian or from a different background.

  The food is good, but just good. Would I come here again? Sure, but did it hit the spot? Not really. The burgers are seriously overpriced and the menu is very limited. Most burger places I’ve been to typically give you more options to customize your burger with like different cheeses, toppings, etc. They also don’t include fries in the price which is very disappointing. My friend and I paid $14 for parmesan fries which normally have truffle in them but we didn’t get truffle and since that’s the expensive part I’m surprised they still charged us that much for sprinkling what was probably Kraft parmesan on the fries.

  Hands down one of the best burger places in Boston. They were really tasty and great! We got burgers as well as chickens and they were delicious. The only negative thing was the restroom which its partition was a little lower than expected. It wasn't bad, just probably would try not to use the restroom next time. Highly recommend it especially when roaming around in Newbury street.

  If I could give this place a rating it would be 0/5. Unfortunately I recently visited this location in Back bay and was given an order that was absolutely terrible. I took one bite from my plate and noticed the chicken was rotten and grey in the middle. I went back to the location and spoke to the manager, I explained what happened he told me all he can offer me is a gift card for my next purchase. I’m absolutely disgusted by this situation and can’t believe they are serving food like this to the public. Attached are photos of my plate with that nasty rotten chicken in the center.

  Actually really good when their open. Don't rely on online hours as they have a habit of LYING. Been open too long to not adjust hours online or on their door. One thing you would find interesting is that they don't offer the "chicken bomb loaded fries" online which leaves you with a steak bomb fries which isn't as good. Hot spicy fries and chicken bomb fries are way better than their burgers when Actually opened .
