The bread (mini baguette) with pepper corn butter was great. My favorite dish was the tuna tartare with avocado. The French fries were great too. The Moroccan chicken was well cooked but veggies were a bit burnt. The fish was well cooked but the portion was small while there was a ton of lentils. Our waitress was very nice. Not a great value / price ratio so I would not recommend it.

Bummer!! What happened, Four Seasons Boston??
Food was excellent. Service was a miss. Totally.
Server rhythm was off and he was clearly and consistently inattentive. Two timing examples: (1) empty restaurant, he didn’t get our beverages to us until the meal was 25% complete (2) asked if “everything is ok with meal” after we finished. Failed to check in if we needed additional condiments as example, if meat was cooked properly, or to refill
Empty glasses and
Service was not refined. Bread plate cleared before bread was eaten, without asking. Utensils cleared after appetizer, and not replaced. Dinner was served, and the runner literally ran away, leaving us without utensils to dine.
Server lacked interest in a human connection.
I understand there are real and bigger problems in the world, I also recognize that Four Seasons brand is a promise and they missed. I always consider my experiences at Four Seasons around the world to be memorable. In large part, it is the team that makes it great.
No need to return.

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at I read the reviews before I stayed here too. They must have there employees writing them . So I booked through Priceline .. but somehow at check in was charged again plus 300$ for incidentals. When I confronted the staff (dude with the two lazy eyes if you have stayed there before) he basically told me he don’t see anything wrong even though I pulled up bank statement of the hotel and Priceline he was rude and uncaring. The room is great if you like taking a shower with a shower door that don’t close all the way , that way you can get outta the shower directly into your very own pool that take 47 towels to dry, oh and the breakfast …it’s great … if your 6 yrs old it’s cereal and apple juice .. also be ready to add into your budget 65$ a day for parking or park 10 min away …

Drinks came out way after our app and server was a bit rude, disinterested. Was going to order more but the service was just so lacking, we skipped it.
