  I want to give a special shoutout to Victor. Everytime I come to this establishment and he is there, he greets me with a smile that brightens my day. Upon my most recent visit, I was having a bit of a hard time but his cheerfulness and charisma flipped that all around. My girlfriend and I found that our food tasted so much better just because of the energy he brings to work. He deserves everything!

  We were visiting from out of state, and this was our first time at this restaurant. As we moved through the line, staff asked whether we wanted various items, phrasing each question in the same way. When asked if we wanted avocado, there was no indication that this would incur an additional charge. Only after receiving the bill did I realize there was an upcharge. I explained to the manager that I had never been to the restaurant before, had not been informed of the additional cost, and asked whether the charge could be removed. He refused and did not provide an explanation for the refusal. In my view, this reflects a failure of basic customer service.

  I usually love cava. But this particular branch has terrible staff. They were extremely rude and they were very stingy with the quantities of everything. It was not worth my money at all. They were also shouting at each other the whole time we were there. We went to celebrate the birthday of a friend and this was a terrible place to do it, because of the staff. I usually have a bowl that cannot be closed every time I go to cava, because of all the toppings I get. But this time it was barely enough for a meal. The staff did not care about what they were serving nor did they listen to what I was asking for. The staff ruined Cava for me.

  I already didn’t like this location because the staff has constantly been inattentive while serving: talking to other staff while you’re trying to order, messing up ingredients because they aren’t listening, etc… That happened again today, but then what threw it over the edge was I got home and found like 5 LONG HAIRS IN MY FOOD!!! Just go across the street to the one inside the Prudential center, because they’re attentive and clean.
