- KMK McGeeJun 4, 20155.0I was hosting my first team meeting at my new company, and I wanted to make it fun. I ordered the "sundae party" from JP Licks to be delivered to the office. I submitted the form from the website a week prior and got the submission confirmation. Long story short - I learned 15 minutes prior to my meeting that they weren't coming (Elizabeth the "catering" person was in a meeting and had a store employee leave me a message) I called Ben and Jerry's on Newbury in a panic and spoke with Ryan. He told me not to worry, he would send someone right away to my office with ice cream. He didn't even take my credit card, saying we could handle all that after the meeting. The delivery person showed up and my staff was very happy. A big, big thank you to Ryan and the Ben and Jerry's team for saving the day. Employees like Ryan are hard to come by.... I am a fan for life! Ps Ice cream was delish!
