It’s honestly impressive how consistently orders are made wrong here. No matter how clearly you explain, something always gets missed. Listening seems optional, and getting the basics feels like too much to ask. The students who work there are too ignorant and disengaged, as if customer service is completely secondary and only care about their pay. If the goal is to test your patience over a simple coffee order, this stupid place does an excellent job. Definitely not worth the time or money unless you enjoy frustration with your order. would never ever go here and if you see anyone responding positively to this review, it is just the students who work there with multiple accounts trying to prove they are not bad. ugh - disgusting place to be honest.

Half of the time my coffee is lukewarm at best, and this is a picture of the “loaded” hash browns I got today… which were also lukewarm at absolute best. Barely half full cup, 1/2 a piece of bacon (maximum), teeny *hint* of sauce… bffr, at those prices you guys can make better food, no? First and last time ordering that.
