Every time I go here before work there's barely no employees working. The line is long in the morning, and that's when they should have more employees working. They are very slow in getting orders ready. I don't like going here but it's the only one closest to my job.

The lack of rudimentary customer service is actually appalling. I order my food ahead on the app and by the time i get there it still has not been made. I was yelled at to my face by a worker when i asked if my drink was ready yet because i had been standing around for 15 minutes alongside 4 other people due to their lack of giving out orders (since they do not actually use the mobile orders stand and keep all drinks and food behind the counter). The food itself really never comes out any different than how dunkin comes on a regular. However, I really don’t care how bad of a day your having, it does not constitute you yelling in my face at 8:30 am about a singular drink i paid for half an hour in advance in which you have still not prepared. i have seen multiple people walk out simply because they cannot afford the time to stand around and wait for drinks and food they paid for forever ago. If there was a negative star for service, i’d put that.

the whole purpose of the mobile app is to order online and grab your food when you get to the store. This dunkin keeps the food behind the counter so that you cannot grab it, does not announce when orders are ready, and is often too busy for workers to give you your order. instead, you order on the app, arrive, and have no idea when your order is ready or not because the screen is never correct, and you just have to hope that within the first 10 minutes of standing around that one of the employees will ask you your name. once this happens, you have a 1/5 chance of your food actually being made, because for some reason the workers decided that they will only start making your order once you arrive. why even order on the app if you wont start making my food until after i arrive and stand around for 10 minutes? its ridiculous.

This was a mobile grab-and-go order, and it was so ridiculous that I have to write a review immediately.
The mobile pickup shelf was empty, yet staff told me to lean across their side of the counter and grab my own coffee.
Then she refused to grab me my donut and told me to ask someone else.
I ended up waiting 10+ extra mins for a fully paid, already-ready order.
This location shows ZERO respect to me as a customer, and I am disappointed to Dunkin’s service.

Cashier gave me the wrong order, I told her i wanted an ice coffee and she gives me a hot coffee. Confronted her and she told me I said Hot coffeee when i didn't and didn't give me a refund and my ice coffee.
