- SSShawn SandersFeb 10, 20261.0I have been visiting the Post Office Square Dunkins since 2017, and have spent well over a thousand dollars, if not more, ordering religiously at this one location for 9 years. Yesterday, I ordered two wakeup wraps and two hash browns and only received one order of hashbrowns but did not notice until I was in my office. Today I very politely explained the situation and asked for my other one nicely; the hash brown they forgot to give me yesterday. I even asked someone who knows me and can vouch for me personally. Instead of using common sense and judgment, this location simply told me I need to provide proof. I needed to show them the receipt that I ordered (which is completely understandable), but also the picture of my bag without the hash browns in it (say what now, LOL). Am I the only one who sees the flaw in this logic, and over $1.59 order of hashbrowns? What is stopping me from doing this for ANY order! This was the breaking point; I am tired of businesses taking your money willingly but not giving back a tiny amount when they are wrong or make mistakes. You spend thousands, and they want more, and cannot admit one simple mistake…what a shame, but I have the choice and choose not to visit this location any longer. I will take my money and use it at Starbucks from now on, and I know they will appreciate it. #NoHashBrownsInBeantown.
