  My husband n I came in purchased drinks sat down to drink them. It was around 6pm. It was Easter & raining he went to get truck while I waited at 6;30 the woman came out from behind counter to tell me she had to clean floors where I was sitting I asked if I could move to other seat and she insisted she had to clean. I asked her what time she closed she said 7pm but kindve kicked me out!! It was crude n unreal honestly. The music was sooo loud I couldn’t even hear the kid behind the counter give me the address so my husband could pick me up! Worst part is we came from out of State. Won’t be going there again

  Couldn't or wouldn't do the banana latte hot. Already got it hot from two other dunkins this weekend. Didn't understand the disconnect.

  Person at cashier was extremely rude. My daughter ordered a drink and when she asked for add-ons the woman just screamed: it comes with whatever it comes. Even if she could not make changes (which has never been the case in any DD), she should have just said: I am sorry bit we cannot make any changes to this drink. And she and the other worker were arguing all the time and delaying service. Just awful experience.

  Two instances where the other day I didn’t receive my complete order. Due to the lady conversing and didn’t have the item prepared. Then today, I ordered a hot coffee and was served a cold one bc the gentleman made a mistake.

  The blond hair server wdafq is wrong with her I asked for a hot chocolate and she literally said WHAT? And I was so confused and said hot cocoa? Hot chocolate and she rolled her eyes at me and used signed language at me for the cup size.
