  Ordered pizza by calling their phone number. An AI system was used. My pizza was delivered to my hotel and left in the lobby. I was given no indication that it was here. The pizza was cold thankfully it was still there when I went down to check on it. I wish I hadn’t tipped them.

  Honestly so annoying. I got out of work hungry ordered a pizza and they really waited 15 minutes for it to hit 1am just to cancel my order. Like what was the point of even accepting it? I had just gotten off work and was counting on that food, so yeah, that was mad frustrating. Super unprofessional. Don’t accept orders if you already know you’re gonna cancel them last minute.

  Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. I've been ordering here for a few months and i already sent them an email about this issue, and of course they said they were gonna take care of it. Big surprise: nothing changed. You call to place an order, they pick up the phone just to toss it on the counter and then just leave it sitting there while you wait like an idiot. Why even have a phone in the first place??? when I went to pick it up, some tall guy working there was rude as hell and the service was terrible. Looked at me like I was the problem and was ruining his whole day just by walking in. No hello no courtesy nothing. And good luck trying to speak to the manager because apparently he is busier than Donald Trump because every time I call he’s never available. Sure he isn’t. Must be the hardest man in America to get on the phone. This is pizza fast food. It is not rocket science. It is supposed to be simple quick and straight forward. But the people working there seem so lazy they cant even handle that. At this point you gotta wonder how many gummies it took for them to get through a shift without figuring out how a phone and a cash register work 🤣🤣🤣 Take a look at this monstrosity. Never again. I’d rather spend my hard earned money someplace that actually values it.

  My order was 50$ for a small pizza and 8 piece wings. The pizza is way over priced, and the 8 piece aren't worth the money, they are tiny bone and skin, no meat, way too tiny for its price. And why not follow the delivery instructions, " please leave inside mail room ", you left it out in the rain. Regret all of this, refund is seriously needed.
