Her tone and behavior were disrespectful, and she should not be placed in a customer-facing role. What made the situation worse was her behavior during the interaction, including speaking in another language in a way that felt dismissive and unprofessional. This created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment. This reflects poorly on your company’s standards. Staff should be properly trained to treat every customer with respect, professionalism, and courtesy. Based on this experience, I am very disappointed and expect immediate attention to employee conduct, hiring practices, and customer service training.

The manager on duty (Jamani) was incredibly accommodating, however, and immediately did everything in his power to make it right (and more). Despite having clear proof that the mistake was made by the staff, they refused to remake it. The customer service was unacceptable. The cashier and another employee in the back were yelling and behaving in a disrespectful manner in front of multiple customers waiting for their orders. This reflects a serious lack of professionalism and proper training. Employees should be equipped to handle customer concerns respectfully and efficiently. Additionally, it is inappropriate for staff to speak in another language to insult or disrespect customers. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I strongly recommend that management address staff training and customer service standards immediately.
