Being right on Newbury Street, there’s constant foot traffic and the place had a steady flow of people coming in and out. The staff were friendly and efficient, even with it being busy. Service felt smooth and welcoming, which always makes the experience better. They had a good variety of cookies to choose from, including one vegan option. I tried the vegan chocolate chip cookie and it was actually really good. Soft, nicely textured, and not overly sweet which I personally appreciate. It didn’t feel heavy or sugary like some cookies can. Overall, solid spot if you’re walking around Newbury and craving something sweet, with a vegan option available too.

I saw a female employee at the counter doing her homework while ignoring the people outside waiting in the cold and snow. We waited for a while hoping she would notice us and open the door but she was too busy doing her homework.
