Most recently they gave me the wrong order for "Hailey" and then when trying to correct it they said they didn't have my order (yeah because you gave away my correct order to a different Hailey, a very common name). Had to spend 20 minutes on the phone to get my $33 back. Ridiculous. Tell your staff to slow down and actually check orders. Just handing stuff out left and right without being tedious or accurate.

The lines for dashers are astronomical and inefficient for drivers. I watched them refuse to give multiple drivers their orders because they wanted them to waste time in a line, causing ruckus and crazy double parking situations outside with the moped and cars. McDonald’s is busier and they get the food out quicker. I’ve called corporate more than once and no changes have been implemented. All in all, avoid this location after 10am, NOT WORTH THE TIME.
