Because of the nature of this issue, DoorDash could only refund what they were responsible for, meaning I ended up losing ~$20 because of a processing issue on CAVA’s end. Unless CAVA can reimburse me for the remaining cost, this review will remain up and I refuse to support this business any longer.
- SRSilly ReMar 13, 20261.0Never ever go to this place during lunch, if you do, do not order online thinking it will be faster, trust me. I had a meeting around 1, so I placed an online order for pick up around 12:15 they said pick up at 12:30. I got there its the most chaotic thing. they kept asking for everyones name and saying “1minute” . I asked for an update but no one could understand me cause of their language barrier. The in person station got through like 30 ppl in the 30 minutes I had to wait. Ppl esp door dash drivers were piled up in a corner. At 12:55 they hadnt even started making my food and since the inperson line was empty I asked them to make my bowl and cancel the ticket with the online ordering window. They did and ppl who had been waiting before me were still waiting for their food. When a few of things I wanted were not in stock. I would highly suggest they try and give more accurate arrival windows, or increase staff
