  Really disappointing experience. The portion sizes were terrible, my bowl was almost empty and the same with my friend’s, and even the person in front of me got barely anything. The staff was unfriendly and the food quality was poor, dry with burnt chicken. This isn’t the first time either, the last time I came the chicken was also burnt. This is a fairly pricey meal and the experience did not match the cost.

  Absolutely shocking experience at CAVA. My husband ordered a Falafel Crunch bowl, and they nickel-and-dimed us for every single ingredient. When I simply asked the cashier to explain the extra charges after paying, he became incredibly rude. He actually told me to 'never come back'—all while my son was standing right there with me. I am stunned that in today’s world, a business would treat a paying customer with such mean and disrespectful language. Unbelievable and completely unprofessional. We will definitely be taking his advice and never returning."

  Hello CAVA Back Bay Team, I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you for the outstanding service you provided yesterday. I had ordered a huge team order (or I thought so) and it was never processed so when I got there my order was non existent. The CAVA team when out of their way during a busy rush hour to print or my order and start making it as I placed my order in again to make sure it would be ready ASAP! Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful, and the issue was resolved without any hassle on my end. The customer service I received truly exceeded my expectations. I genuinely appreciate everything CAVA back bay did to help me, Thank you again for being so awesome and for making the experience such a positive one.

  It was my first visit to CAVA, and I had an amazing Falafel Bowl packed with rice, falafel, cabbage, crispy tortilla chips, and a flavorful garlic dressing. You can easily customize it to suit your taste. They also offer a juice bar with refreshing flavors like Ginger Mint, Tangerine, and Blueberry Lemonade. I’d definitely come back—A+!

  I had an outstanding Cava experience thanks to the exceptional service provided by Victor. From the moment I arrived, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure my needs were met. Victor handled my questions with professionalism and patience, offering helpful recommendations. What stood out most was his positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure a great experience. It’s rare to come across someone who combines efficiency with such a warm and personable approach. Victor’s dedication truly enhanced my overall experience, and I would gladly return knowing I’d receive the same high level of care. Highly recommend!
