First time here and it was on a whim since Saltie Girl didn’t have an open reservation until an hour later. I’m glad we did stop by because the ambience and food were amazing! Nicholas was our server and he was professional and personable. My daughter ordered the Maine lobster roll and I ordered the award-winning clam chowder and grilled swordfish. All dishes were incredible. We finished it off with key lime pie, which was equally delicious. A bit pricey but worth the experience!

Clam chowda awesome! Service was very good. Cioppino passing. Broth little too salty. Oyster Rockefeller very good. Small shard of shell hidden that cut my gum. I’ll live. Window seat great view, but draft not ideal when it’s 40 outside. I’d give it another try with a different dish.

Whenever we dine at a restaurant, if there is a time constraint due to a later reservation, we are always informed by the staff before being seated. At this restaurant, we had a reservation for March 20, 2026, at 8:30 PM. We arrived at 8:25 PM; however, despite waiting for 25 minutes, our table has still not been provided. We were initially taken to the wrong table, and then asked to return to the entrance area and wait standing. The hostesses at the entrance, who are managing the seating, have been highly unprofessional. While attempting to explain the situation to my mother and her friends, they were gesturing in an inappropriate and careless manner—at times even scratching them with their long nails—and continued to address us in a manner that lacks basic courtesy and respect. If it were not for my family’s insistence, I would have left this establishment within five minutes. As it stands, we are still waiting at the entrance. At this point, I cannot comment on the quality of the food; however, the reception and overall organization are extremely poor.

We had a wonderful experience at Atlantic Sea Cove, even though it didn’t start the way we expected. We arrived hoping to grab a table for some lobster rolls, but it happened to be a very busy day with a fish convention in town and the restaurant was completely full. Instead of leaving disappointed, we decided to order takeout so we could still enjoy the lobster rolls we were craving. The hostess at the front was incredibly kind and helpful from the moment we arrived. She walked us through the menu, helped us make a decision quickly, and made the whole process very easy despite how busy things were. While we were waiting, we needed to use the washroom to change our baby’s diaper. During that time, the same wonderful hostess actually went back to the kitchen to check on our order so we wouldn’t have to wait too long. That kind of attention and care really stood out. Then, just as our order was finishing up, a table opened up. She came over and very kindly offered it to us so we could sit down and enjoy our meal instead of taking it outside. With kids in tow, that small gesture meant a lot. She even made the experience fun for them by bringing out cups with silly straws. The lobster rolls were fantastic, the food overall was excellent, and the service was truly above and beyond. Even on a packed day, the staff made us feel taken care of. We’re already looking forward to coming back another time when we can properly dine in again. Highly recommend!

Atlantic Fish Company – A Wonderful Evening in Boston I’d like to begin with a few words for the espresso complainers: we travel a lot, and honestly—what exactly are you expecting in Boston in a fish restaurant? If you want truly exceptional espresso, fly to Venice, Rome, or Milan like we do. That’s where the real espresso magic happens. Here at Atlantic Fish Company, the espresso fits perfectly in an Espresso Martini, and that’s exactly where it should shine. 🍸 Atmosphere & Seating We had reserved seats at the bar and were given fantastic spots with a great atmosphere and view. The ambiance was lively but still comfortable—ideal for a relaxed evening. Wonderfull bar. 🤝 Service The service was first‑class from start to finish: friendly, attentive, and wonderfully professional. Everything felt smooth and well‑coordinated. 🍽️ Food & Drinks Drinks & Cocktails: Excellent. The Espresso Martini in particular was beautifully balanced. Starter: The lobster cocktail was absolutely excellent—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly presented. Main Courses: Both entrees were cooked perfectly, full of rich and clean flavors that showcased high‑quality seafood. Dessert: The Key Lime Pie would have been outstanding if it weren’t for the unusual red whipped cream. Even so, it was still good. ✔️ Conclusion Atlantic Fish Company gave us a memorable evening with great food, fantastic drinks, and exceptional service. When we return to Boston, we will definitely be back!
