  The decline of this place is remarkable. Just dined here tonight for the first time in awhile after a few disappointing meals. Not sure what’s happened here. What used to be amazing and full of familiar faces has quickly changed to a place that seems unrecognizable. Everything from the food to the service has fallen flat the last few times we’ve been. What used to be professional and old school has gone to clumsy and dirty. Not sure I can continue to justify spending any time here. -A sad life long Bostonian

  0/5 … lol what an embarrassment of a steak house. Probably one of the worst steaks I ever had. $70+ dollars for a subpar chewy overcooked select grade ribeye with zero crust. Might as have well steamed it. Folks this is NOT a high end steak house. You could get something better at the Texas Roadhouse or Outback. Atmosphere was super loud, super busy, super crowded. Wait staff was super slow and rude. All I wanted to do was leave this place and never come back. Fix your restaurant or you will fail.

  Came here on the recommendation of our concierge Ashley and it did not disappoint. From the atmosphere and staff. Food was unreal. We had fish and steak and the Brussel sprouts were worth writing home about. And if they ask if you want a bite of cookie, say yes.

The steak arrives with a proper crust, a deeply savory aroma, and an interior cooked evenly from edge to center, so the texture stays tender and juicy instead of drifting into dryness. Sides and accompaniments are handled with the same discipline, giving the plate balance rather than excess, and the seasoning is confident without overwhelming the natural flavor of the meat. Even small details, like the serving temperature and the measured timing between courses, signal a kitchen and floor team that are paying attention. Service is polished, efficient, and professional, and the room has the right balance of energy and comfort for either a serious dinner or a celebratory night out. Reserve ahead, and an earlier dinner slot is the best move if you want the room lively but not too crowded.

  We took my daughter out for her 16th birthday and everything about the experience was fantastic. Our waiter Michael was very attentive and friendly. Our meals,drinks and desserts were delicious. We especially liked the giant bowl of fresh whipped cream that was brought to the table for our desserts. We were very relaxed and not hurried by any means. Parking is a little hard to find but valet was available. Great location to stop and have a nice night out in the heart of Boston!
