  This is my opinion towards basically any dunkin donuts I've been to. The service is garbage. Most dunkin donuts are set up to where the employees can hide out of view of customers so if you go inside to order, you just stand there like an idiot for what feels like forever until you make enough commotion to get their attention. Once they finally come over they take your order like its the most inconvenient part of their day. Awful customer service The stores themselves always feel dirty and dingy. The food taste like what it is, precooked, mass produced, reheated garbage. It's very rare that the food here is actually good. More than half the time my order is messed up... How hard is it to consistently make the same coffee when everything is just a button?? The best thing I can say about Dunkin Donuts is they're everywhere.

  Update: 4/9/25 I do not understand what is going on with this dunkin' donuts that they cannot get anything right! I always order my egg sandwiches double cheese. They have two options of cheese at this Dunkin. American, and white cheddar. I can't have the white cheddar one because for some reason it makes my mouth itchy every time I eat it. Every single time I order my sandwich at this location, they put double white cheddar on it and then print it as double American on the bag! Are they the only dunkin' donuts in Palmer or in this area that has a different type of cheese? Because this is ridiculous! They have been told when it has been ordered to not use the white cheddar and they end up using the white cheddar I feel like just to spite the customer. So I don't feel comfortable or safe ordering here. I also have an issue here because I have seen one of the sandwich makers, drop a bagel on the floor, pick it up and not change their gloves and make my next sandwich. Which I'm pretty sure is a health code violation. Ever since that day I try my best to avoid this dunkin' donuts. But after today of being in a rush and not being able to make it to the one downtown or to make it to belchertown, I order here and they specifically gave me white cheddar even though the bag says two slices American..

  I would give more then one star but this place has its ups and downs! I used to get my ice coffees here but only when one guy works he gets it right! So I switched to a coolata but I get there between 700 to 8 and almost 80% of the time can't get no frozen drinks cause there Cleaning the machine. In my opinion why clean it when there still a hour or two left? Just a disappointment when going there!
