- SMSonny Malone2 days ago2.0The food is fine for people that lack an educated palate, the management complies, the kitchen needs to learn to read the tickets, I got the wrong soup and I was miles away when I discovered the error, the front staff is a bit jaded, I guess that's because they're barely adults, discourteous,on guard, unapproachable with little to no personality. If I didn't want a pastry I wouldn't have gotten to the counter, good thing the manager took my order.

The cream cheese has changed , and now they have changed the bagel to a heavy, doughy tasteless bagel, definitely not good at all. The location is clean and staff efficient, but changes to bagels and cream cheese are not good. Also they are always out of coffee
