I asked to cancel the (prepaid) order, but the server at the drive through said they couldn't do that. When we asked them to give it to us anyway, he said "oops, I already throwed it out". So we paid and didn't get our food. When we reached out to customer service, they just gave us 250 points on the app, but no reimbursement for the absent items. I guess they treat the customers this way because they get away with it. Just a word of caution before you place an order at this location.
