  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Poor Customer Service I had a very frustrating experience at this Dunkin’. I was ordering drinks and was holding a $100 bill in plain sight the entire time while the cashier was taking my order. Only after everything was made did she say they don’t accept $100 bills. There is no sign, no notice, and no advertising anywhere stating that $100 bills are not accepted. That information should be communicated before completing the order, not after the drinks are already made. This put me in an uncomfortable and unnecessary situation. The cashier was rude and unprofessional about it instead of calmly explaining the policy upfront. If this location doesn’t accept large bills, it needs to be clearly posted or mentioned at the beginning of the transaction. Very disappointing customer service. I expected better.

  This dunks used to be the best one in the area up until a few weeks ago. It’s gone downhill FAST. Raw bacon on my sandwich, coffee that doesn’t taste right, and the list goes on. If you want dunks, don’t come to Billerica. Your best bet is probably Burlington

  I have been going to this location on and off for months. Out of the 1033 dunkin donuts in mass this one has to be one of the worst. I have never gone and had a good experience. I have never had my order be complete. I have never had my full order be correct. I keep trying because of its proximity but if its not the honestly impressively wrong quality of orders, its the incoherent workers who are likely sponsored by the local dispensary that will keep me from returning to this location and drive the extra 5 minutes to the next dunkin.
