She called the store and was nice about it, just asking for an update. But then she had to call a second and third time. We waited for over an hour and when she complained about it, the manager she spoke with on the phone did absolutely nothing. Mentioned something about not enough drivers, which is understandable. Issue isn’t with the driver at all. The way this guy spoke on the phone is ridiculous. The fact that when we called the third time as it got delivered (cold by the way), his response was “at least you got the order”, yeah not cool.

Not only was my food marked as “delivered” when it absolutely was not, but the driver dropped it off at Cannabis Collective—which isn’t even close to my house. That is completely unacceptable. On top of that, when I reached out to customer service, the representative was dismissive and downright rude instead of helping me resolve the issue. As a paying customer, the bare minimum I expect is to have my order delivered to the correct address and to be treated with respect when there’s a problem. Instead, I was left without the food I paid for, wasting both my time and money. This level of service is unprofessional, frustrating, and needs to be addressed immediately.
