  Do yourself a favor, go to MEXICA instead. There's one in Tewksbury and another one in Billerica, and they're half the price.

  They couldn't get my $25 gift card to work, which I had just gotten for Christmas and had never used yet, so I left very hungry and very unhappy, and the burrito bowl that they had made for me went in the garbage which is sad, unless they just deconstructed it back in with their other ingredients which is gross. If I had the money, I would've just gone to MEXICA instead. They're half the price, and there is one in Billerica and another one in Tewksbury.

  This location needs serious oversight. I went in at 10:30 PM (still open) and they were already completely packed up and cleaning. Rice, beans, everything was removed from the heating stations like they were closing early. On top of that, there was a cleaning bucket out and around the food area, which is absolutely disgusting and a huge health concern. After working for hours, I was starving and looking forward to a meal, only to be turned away in the most unprofessional way. I had to drive to another Chipotle just to eat. This isn’t the first bad experience here either — clearly judging by other reviews, this is a pattern. If you’re open, serve food safely until closing time. If not, lock the doors. This place feels unsanitary, poorly managed, and honestly should be inspected. Do better.
