  This place is great depending on who's working. That's why they only got 4 stars there service is not the same across the board, some of the team members fill your dish up they don't care, and others its like its coming out of there pockets,

  Los Altos in Billerica is far superior. Tried to call the local Chipotle to ask why my “free guacamole” benefit for signing up for the app would not register in the app. Could not talk to an actual person. When I tried to remedy the situation on line, I could only interact with an AI BOT, which would only respond to questions from the “menu” offered on the link. Tried to order $40 worth of food on line, the app told me I did not meet the $5 requirement to redeem the offer.

  25 dollors when Moe's gives u more food more options and taste better for 15$

  They couldn't get my $25 gift card to work, which I had just gotten for Christmas and had never used yet, so I left very hungry and very unhappy, and the burrito bowl that they had made for me went in the garbage which is sad, unless they just deconstructed it back in with their other ingredients which is gross. If I had the money, I would've just gone to MEXICA instead. They're half the price, and there is one in Billerica and another one in Tewksbury.
