Last week, my pickup order was missing an entire bag, and I had to drive all the way back to the store from home to pick it up. This week, I placed an order Thursday evening for Friday pickup, and I received a “delayed” message only 15–20 minutes before my pickup window—even though they had a full day to shop the order. If there’s an issue, I understand, but waiting until the last minute is unacceptable. At this point I’m extremely frustrated and I’m seriously considering moving my business elsewhere.
