I reminded them of the menu item, then they told me they couldn’t because they stopped serving breakfast 10minutes from when I ordered (I guess “just made it” means “tough luck”). I get it, I guess, they don’t want to accommodate whatever inconvenience I was asking for…but I will not return based on this curt dismissal and refusal to serve what they advertise to offer. We are corporate, too, guys, we have to act like it. Beyond that, how about some neighborly treatment? Nah, too much to ask. Time to retrain or rehire.
