Don't order from here. Always cold, terrible customer service, I just spent 6 mins on hold before they hung up. Better options nearby

Well, I just had the worst pizza ever, and I am DONE with Otto. I have had good experiences in the past, but QC has declined. The staff has always been friendly, the quality has gone out the window. This happens when solid small store success bloats with franchising and expansion. The pizza smelled funky when I put it in the car. Something was way off, as in hopefully not spoiled. You'll be hearing from me if I am sick tomorrow. Inedible, after a slice and a half I tossed it. Sad.

Good pizza, helpful and friendly staff. Seems a little overpriced but that’s just how things are in 2025.

Had a hilarious situation and slip in competence from the kitchen staff. We ordered the meatball ricotta and basil pizza with double dough, and we got a meatball ricotta and BAY LEAVES pizza. It's cracking me up about how silly of a mistake this was. I don't know if the person cooking thought bay leaves would be a good substitute for basil or doesn't know the difference, but a fair review would read "good pizza, but the bay leaves were tasteless and tough." I also made the poor financial decision to pay $8.56 for 3 cookies.
