    i asked for 2 mcchickens with just mayo no lettuce and they gave me a mcchicken with js lettuce no mayo and i went back and asked and they gave me a mcchicken with no mayo no lettuce.nd yall were goofing around running around mcdonald’s not rlly paying attention so🥹🥹🙏🏽🤦🏽‍♀️

    1 star is due to literally ordering take out, quarter pounder with cheese. Started to open the box and literally a fat fat flew out before the box was opened all the way! It startled me but took a picture of the fly on my window. Tried to contact the store on Pleasant Street in Methuen MA but unsuccessful. I had my dog in the car so was uncomfortable going to report and certainly will never eat there again. I reported to corporate and was told I would be contacted but its been almost 2 weeks now. Obviously I don't want anything but hindsight I should have called the board of health.

    This Mcdonalds is disgusting! I swear the fryer has not been cleaned in ages- the smell of the fries smell horrible! They do not smell like the fries you'd find at other locations. They also don't fill your large soda- I've had moments where i've made them top it off but they just roll their eyes at times. I mean if you order a large soda- it should go up to the top. Not an inch and a half below the top. I can't believe this place is still open. It was so much better when I was growing up.
