  I ordered the starlight lemonade. Was do excited to drink it for the first time- Cashier/Woman was just in a bad mood, I paid almost $5 for this drink and she didnt even put the dragonfruit in it. If you are that miserable at your job maybe go elsewhere. Im sick of spending so much money on drinks just for them to make half right

  Young woman filling orders had airpods in her ears listening to music. Slowed her down, she only had to put the tops on two tall cups of coffee - in between beats to the music. This is not a drive through, there was no line. So, I was young once, someone needs to tell her "take your airpods out" when you are at work.

  The store has gotten absolutely atrocious in the past few weeks. Most of the women in the morning seem to be gone, and the weekend crew is absolutely horrible. Three times now. In the last week I've ordered a coffee In the app, gone to pick it up, and had to remind them 20 to 25 minutes later that I had ordered ahead. People that walk up to the counter should not be getting their coffee before I get the one. I ordered 15 minutes prior. Absolutely gone downhill. Best to avoid this unless you're retired or have all day to hang around.
