When i asked them to correct their mistake when handed me a medium refresher , they just added more ice to a larger cup and handed me over. Time to replace people with automation and machines. They dont insult or dissrespect to their loyal customers

They made it with 4 shots of caramel and NO cream. Not to mention we gave them a $20 for 2 coffees which obviously means the change back is going to be more than $5.27. When we asked where’s the rest of our change and we want our change not to mention we wanted a receipt the lady told us we paid for 3 coffees which we only ordered 2 and she refused to give us the remaining of our change and the dude that looks like Dylan O’Brien threw the receipt out. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS the women who was helping was tall, dark skinned and worked today January 31st @3:50pm
