Katrina especially went above and beyond to make sure we got our food when DoorDash dropped the ball with delivery. The manager was very friendly and helpful. Both went the extra mile and showed true customer service. We were impressed in every way!! So happy to have this restaurant in Beverly.

To that I say, go in there! The staff is so friendly! I go all the time and they are simply lovely. Their online order assembly line looks like it’s constantly full, which just means it’s so good people can’t get enough of it. I think that’s just a sign for corporate to open more locations to be able to service all these online orders. But to the dodge st team, keep up the great service.
