  I have gotten Cava on Dodge St probably about 7 times in the past 6 months, first two times were pretty good...but after that, everytime I've ordered it's been wrong and i'll get the texts saying its ready, but they dont even start making it until 10+ minutes after you walk in to pick it up. The one time I had went back to get my order fixed (only because they had forgotten things that I paid extra for) the workers just blankly stared and one goes "so you want me to remake it?" ..but in a weird way like it was a burden lol. I didn't even want them to remake it, just add the steak they forgot to put on it. I always give places a fair chance, but I'm done going here. It takes a lot for me to write a bad review but between the constant wrong orders and the attitudes from workers and the steep decline in quality from the first 2 times I went here, it's just a waste of money and time.

  Food is good but the place is always dirty. Never any clean tables and they do a soft close at 9 pm so you can't always see what's available. Always more employees than customers and clean tables are hard to find.

  Staff was very friendly, attentive. Got the aziz bowl, very tasty. But they did forget the brown rice, not a big deal really but I’ll just check my bag before leaving the store. Delicious food, will be ordering here a lot.

  100/10! First time experiencing CAVA and WOW I have no words for jow delicious the food is (my exact order listed below) On top of that, the service is EXCELLENT here. Karissa & Carissa were the friendly and helpful employees that let us sample things we weren’t sure about. Order: Harissa Chicken Power Bowl (no greens) with saffron basmati rice, black lentils plus everything else that comes in the bowl. Flawless. Perfection in a bowl. 😙🤌

  I had a great experience at Cava. The food was fresh, flavorful, and really well put together. I ordered a bowl with lamb meatballs and roasted vegetables, and it was honestly one of the best bowls I’ve had in a while. The lamb meatballs were perfectly seasoned and tender, and the roasted veggies added a great balance and depth of flavor. Anthony took care of us and did an awesome job. He was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. It’s always nice when the service matches the quality of the food. Overall, great atmosphere, great service, and a seriously good bowl. I’ll definitely be coming back. 👍
