The coffee is inconsistent, very little or no swirl every time - to the point that I have had to start ordering 4 or 5 swirls just to get a normal amount. Today I got a bagel that had almost no cream cheese, like an undetectable amount. A month ago I got a sandwich that had parchment paper baked into the bagel, complained and never heard anything back. Sure they have some nice employees but what good is great customer service if you can't follow simple instructions on a mobile order. It was NOT busy today so there is no excuse. Take your money and burn it because that would be a better use than ordering from this hole in the wall.
