  Understaffed and incompetent. They walk away from one task to do another. Including the cashier. Who allowed my transaction to timeout m, and then let me stand there for 15 minutes like a fool for a sandwich not coming. Then announces to the room it was my fault my card didn’t go through. So I ordered again. He stood there to do his job. And boom the card went through. Go figure. Stay away from this location. Especially before work, after work, or during school vacation. They simply can’t handle it

  They were fine taking my order but I got a sausage and egg sandwich on a bagel. Specifically said no cheese. It says no cheese on the receipt. He called out no cheese when it was done. It had cheese on it

  Don't know if it was just a bad day for them, or if it's normal, but service was a total crapshow. Totally disorganized, not enough workers, and I waited 15 minutes for an iced coffee that I had ordered from the app before I was even inside.
