Her behavior made me uncomfortable, and the level of customer service was disappointing. I hope this can be addressed so this won’t happen again. The other younger employees working were nothing but pleasant and sweet it was just the older later.

When it was time for pick up i asked for a tray for my three hot coffees and he walked away. Another employee told me they keep the trays near the straws and walked away. Not a place I will be stopping for my coffee again
