- JGJohn GradyApr 11, 20262.0Put in a mobile order and arrived 5 minutes later. There were 2 other people waiting, after 25 minutes and watching 16 cars go past the drive up I asked for my order… the other people still waiting also. I was told the food was coming. When I asked how come all the drive thru orders were delivered before mine and hot s shrug of the shoulders. He then helped the people waiting in line and several left. Finally someone else asked if I needed help and handed me my coffee that had been sitting the whole time and a bag that I had seen sitting for 10 minutes. All this time listening to the workers yell at each other and curse how busy it was. It appeared that no one was in charge on a busy Saturday morning. I stop at this Dunkin several times a week (Drive Thru) and have never had a problem, but this was the 3rd time using the Mobile App on a weekend … all 3 times a problem. Clearly the attitude here is mobile customers can wait. Maybe one of the weekday shift leaders can straighten out this weekend team.
