- MHM HOct 15, 20251.0Stay far away from this place. I placed an online order for a 4:10 p.m. pickup, and by 4:50 p.m., the food still hadn’t been prepared. When I requested a refund, the employee flatly refused. I called to speak with a manager, only to have the same woman shout at me, use profanity, and hang up. After multiple attempts to reach someone, she finally answered again and told me she was “too busy” to make the order—yet still refused to issue a refund. The level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customers is astounding. Any establishment that allows employees to verbally abuse customers, fail to fulfill paid orders, and refuse refunds should not be in business. This restaurant is a model of incompetence and chaos—avoid it at all costs.
