So lately I've been ordering from their pickup service. But after today was inexcusable. Three times they said they had something available in the store they didn't. Three times they gave me an item that I never ordered and I never asked for a substitution. Including one of those times giving me mini dinner rolls instead of mini bagels which are not the same thing. And today I found out that they gave me expired Oreos in my last order. Which was yesterday. Oreos that the Best buy or expiration date, was in November! Who is not checking these things on the shelf? I guess my next step is to just send my neighbor out with a list and ask them to get it for me. Because this is insane.
